(Almost) Wordless Wednesday – Classic Child’s Toy

Playing the xylophone.

Playing the xylophone.

My sister recently sent me this old black and white photograph of my father playing the xylophone with me.  How wonderful to receive a photo that I don’t remember! Classic children’s toys like this never go out of style.  I wonder if it was a baby gift given to me, or if it was it a hand-me-down from my older siblings.

Thanks, Sissy, for sharing the photo with me! You can click on the picture to enlarge it.

Photos like these bring back so many of my own memories – just where did all those years go?
